Eastport: Seaward
Eastport: Seaward" Gouache on Paper 1988 21" x 30"
I stayed in several B&Bs while I was in Maine - seems like this was the view from my room in the one in Eastport, looking towards the water. Such a lovely place, even though it snowed a couple of times and at one point the temp dropped to 19 degrees with strong wind! This was in April - at home in NC it was getting warm and trees and flowers were blooming all over the place. It was a "getaway" trip - worked fine because there were very few tourists around, and I got plenty of solitude!
